                  is high, with clear differences depending on the academic status of the stu-
                  dents. Third year students expressed the highest level of satisfaction, while it
                  was slightly lower among extended (graduate) year students. The differences
                  in satisfaction with the competences and practical knowledge acquired indi-
                  cate a more critical assessment in higher years of study. Graduates are less sat-
                  isfiedwiththetheoreticalknowledgetheyhaveacquiredthanstudentsintheir
                  first year of study. The paper highlights the importance of monitoring student
                  satisfaction as a tool to improve study programmes and support the sustain-
                  able development of quality higher education in the field of pedagogy.
