Summary

Optimization of business and technological processes.
Performance indicators are extremely important in business and
technology processes, as they help to monitor and improve the effi-
ciency and effectiveness of processes. However, choosing the right in-
dicators requires a lot of research. The present study found that the-
re is not much useful literature linking technological processes with
business processes. The study describes a management and monito-
ring system for business and technology processes that enables more
effective and accurate measurement of business and technology pro-
cesses. The study provides insights into the selection of the right in-
dicators and their use in manufacturing processes. The focus is on the
optimisation of business and technological processes through the use
of appropriate performance indicators.
