Abstract

                ctor analysis were used. The motivation for the decision to enrol in
                the hospitality and tourism school in relation to the labour market,
                the possibility of employment or further studies is identified. Touri-
                sm education programmes are evaluated in terms of satisfaction with
                schooling, technical skills acquired and practical applicability. Factor
                analysis is used to identify the interrelationship of the individual fa-
                ctors and their influence within the common factors identified.
