Statement on Consent for Use of Images
We hereby confirm that all necessary written consents have been obtained
from the individuals appearing in the photographs used in the Safe Wrestling
Training Handbook, developed within the framework of the Erasmus+ Sport
project Safe Wrestling. In the case of minors, written consent has been
obtained from their parents or legal guardians. All participants and/or their
legal representatives have given explicit consent for the use of these photographs
exclusively for project-related purposes, including publication, dissemination
of project results, and promotional activities connected to the Safe Wrestling project,
in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation –
GDPR) and applicable national legislation. All consent forms have been duly
collected and stored by the project coordinator
and can be made available to competent authorities upon request.
